Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as primary contact at front desk.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, manage emails professionally.
• Schedule and optimize provider calendars; handle cancellations/reschedules.
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.
• Verify insurance eligibility and enter patient data in EMR.
• Maintain billing accuracy and run daily reports.
• Coordinate with clinical teams for smooth patient transitions.
• Support retention with recalls and follow-ups.
