Qualifications

• Proven ability to greet patients and serve as primary contact.
• Experience handling calls, inquiries, and email communications.
• Schedule coordination and provider schedule optimization.
• Knowledge of insurance eligibility and patient demographics.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, customers, and vendors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and manage emails promptly.
• Schedule patient appointments and optimize provider schedules.
• Confirm appointments and remind patients to reduce no-shows.
• Verify insurance eligibility and enter patient data accurately in EMR.
• Explain coverage and patient financial responsibility to patients.
• Prepare charts and documents ahead of visits for efficient flow.
• Document charges and payments in EMR; balance postings.
