Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong telephone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and serves as initial contact in a courteous, professional manner.
• Coordinates patient flow, registers patients, and collects co-payments.
• Inputs demographic and insurance data and schedules follow-up appointments.
• Maintains accurate records and supports teletriage when needed.
