Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly using the correct salutation and script.
• Triages patient inquiries to appropriate team members.
• Assist with patient registration and scheduling per insurance guidelines and PM/EHR/EMR systems.
• Verify insurance and coordinate services for patients.
• Maintain scheduling protocol and ensure scheduling accuracy.
