Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of relevant education may substitute for one year of required work experience.
• Experience: 6-12 months in customer service in healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of IDX/GE Centricity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients courteously and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals; collect co-pays and time-of-service payments.
• Prepare and scan/update records; process requisitions for tests as applicable.
• Answer phones, provide triage, and relay messages to appropriate staff.
• Support patient flow and coordinate with providers to maintain timely care.
