Job summary

Qualifications

• One to two years of administrative experience with at least one year providing administrative support.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of MS Office package.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out with patients to ensure smooth flow of visits.
• Document patient information, update records, and collect payments.
• Answer and triage patient inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
• Maintain organized patient records with confidentiality.
• Schedule appointments and prepare charts for visits.
• Perform confidential administrative tasks and report transmission of information as needed.
• Keep front desk organized and support cross-department projects.
