Confluent Health LLC is seeking a Care Coordinator to create a welcoming front desk experience for patients, visitors, and referral sources. You will manage check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and phone inquiries, while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer-facing or patient-facing experience preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Comfortable communicating on the phone in a professional manner.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling software.
• No prior medical experience required—training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients, visitors, and referral sources.
• Handle front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, and phone calls.
• Review, schedule, and follow up on referrals by gathering information and updating patient records.
• Keep patient flow moving by confirming appointments, managing waitlists, and following up on future visits.
• Collect copays, balances, and other payments accurately and professionally.
• Uphold HIPAA standards in all front desk interactions and documentation.
