The role reports to the Clinic Manager and collaborates with clinical teams, with support from the Patient Experience Specialist. Prior experience in healthcare administration and customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a high-volume medical setting preferred.
• Understanding of insurance verification and financial clearance workflows.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience greeting patients and resolving issues.
• Complete patient intake, verify demographics, insurance eligibility, and authorization requirements.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options; promote digital tools.
