You will collaborate with clinical teams, manage scheduling, and support data integrity with EMR tools and dashboards. A high school diploma and customer-service experience are required, with primary responsibilities around patient interactions and payment collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and data-entry skills.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming front-office experience for patients.
• Complete patient intake, verify demographics and insurance.
• Educate patients on payments and digital tools.
• Process time-of-service payments and support revenue cycle.
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate progress to clinicians.
