Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while safeguarding data and supporting revenue cycle performance.

The role reports to the Clinic Manager and collaborates with clinical teams, using EMR systems and dashboards to drive continuous improvement and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare admin experience a plus.
• Knowledge of insurance benefits and financial clearance helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver a warm front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake and registration with accuracy.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
• Utilize EMR systems and dashboards for data integrity and reporting.
• Communicate patient progress notes to referral sources timely.
