Job summary

Athletico is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake, financial clearance, and a seamless front-office experience. You will work closely with clinical teams and support revenue cycle performance while maintaining data integrity.

The role reports to the Clinic Manager and involves collaboration with PES and other departments for smooth patient flow and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication in a high-volume office.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and HIPAA privacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Register patients and verify demographics, insurance, and authorizations.
• Educate patients on payments and digital tools; collect time-of-service payments.
