Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while maintaining compliance and supporting revenue cycle performance. This role collaborates with the Clinic Manager and PES.

You will coordinate with clinical teams, utilize EMR systems, and drive patient satisfaction through effective communication and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service required.
• 1-2 years of healthcare administration preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and Excel expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver a warm, front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake/registration with insurance eligibility verification.
• Explain financial responsibilities and payment options to patients.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
• Utilize EMR systems and dashboards for data accuracy and improvement.
• Share patient progress notes with referral sources in a timely manner.
• Organize patient milestone celebrations and community activities with clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing front-office training and cross-training.
• Coordinate patient celebrations with clinical team and staff.
• Provide Rehab Aide cross training on front-office duties.
