Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, build rapport, and empathize with patients.
• Collaborative spirit, while building respectful relationships with team and patients.
• Multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and promote available products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, enter patient history, perform pre-tests and basic exams.
• Assist management with patient complaints and keep status updates on orders.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping.
• Edge lenses, assemble frames, and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Monitor lab area for equipment issues and communicate with management.
• Track delivery times to ensure Now Service commitments.
• Other duties as assigned.
