Stanton Optical in the United States is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to provide outstanding customer service while facilitating sales and supporting clinic-to-retail transitions. You will greet patients, gather information, and help with pre-tests and eyewear orders in a fast-paced store environment.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or certification, 2+ years of customer service, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of customer service experience delivering outstanding service to patients or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Strong listening, rapport-building and empathy skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to multi-task in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to ensure an easy, memorable experience.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history, perform pre-tests and basic eye exams as required.
• Assist management with patient inquiries and resolution of issues to meet expectations.
• Ensure brand standards and housekeeping in the store and lab areas.
• Assist with lens edging, frame assembly, and timely delivery of eyewear orders.
