Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Provide promotional products and services and facilitate sales.
• Foster partnership between the retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history in the system.
• Assist management with complaint resolution and status updates.
• Maintain brand standards and keep the store clean and organized.
• Assemble lenses into frames and edge stock to expedite delivery.
• Notify management of equipment issues in the lab and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Monitor delivery time commitments to patients and ensure on-time delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
