Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Demonstrated active listening, rapport-building, and empathy with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to ensure a positive experience while promoting available products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and enter patient information in the system; perform basic pre-tests and history gathering.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and update on job status to meet patient expectations.
• Maintain brand standards through basic housekeeping and orderly work areas.
• Assist with lens edging and simple repairs to expedite delivery of eyewear and ensure accuracy of orders.
