Qualifications

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond high school; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, ability to build rapport and empathize with patients.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to multitask in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to provide an easy, memorable experience while promoting products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; enter patient history and information; perform pre-test and basic vision assessments.
• Assist management with patient concerns and ensure expectations are met and resolved.
• Maintain brand standards through housekeeping and orderly lab/workspace practices.
• Assist with lens edging and assembly to expedite delivery of eyewear and ensure on-time delivery.
