Job summary

Now Optics, operating as Stanton Optical Brand, seeks Doctor’s Technicians to greet patients, facilitate sales, and coordinate between retail and clinical services. You will provide outstanding customer service and help ensure a smooth patient experience in-store.

The role emphasizes teamwork, multitasking, and delivering exceptional service while supporting sales goals within a fast-growing optical retail environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, build rapport, and empathize with the patients.
• Problem solving and flexible in a team environment.
• Collaborative spirit, while building respectful and cordial relationships with your team and patients.
• Driven by results with multitask ability.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and gather info to aid sales.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule/confirm appointments, enter patient history, perform pre-tests and related exams.
• Assist management with patient complaints and keep status of all jobs informed.
• Keep brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Assemble lenses, edge stock lenses, and ensure timely delivery of glasses.
• Monitor delivery times to patients to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
