Job summary

Now Optics, d/b/a Stanton Optical Brand, seeks a Doctor's Technician to greet patients, support the clinical-to-retail transition, and deliver outstanding service in-store. You will facilitate sales while coordinating with the clinical services team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role requires an associate degree or higher, at least two years of customer service, and strong communication. You will work on-site, maintain brand standards, and help with basic lab tasks and lenses

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group.
• Active listening, empathy and rapport building.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and facilitate sales.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history in the system; perform pre-tests.
• Assist management with complaint resolution and status updates.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping in store and lab areas.
• Edge lenses, assemble frames and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Report equipment issues and orders completion to management.
• Other duties as assigned.
