You will support a high-quality patient experience and keep the front-of-house running efficiently.

This full-time role includes scheduling, collecting co-pays, updating patient data in the EMR system, answering calls, and coordinating messages while keeping the Welcome and Community Rooms tidy

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish, Polish, Russian) as needed.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Checking in visits and assisting with required forms.
• Collecting co-pays.
• Updating patient information in the EMR platform and scheduling appointments.
• Managing phone lines and outbound calls.
• Handling faxes in the EMR/fax platform.
• Maintaining Welcome and Community Room areas.
• Occasional rotation to other centers in the region.
