Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Welcome Coordinator to create an inclusive, welcoming environment and to ensure a smooth patient experience at our clinic. You will handle check-in, forms, co-pays, and updates in the electronic medical record system, while managing calls and coordinating scheduling to support our teams.

The role reports to the Practice Manager and requires friendly, flexible service with a focus on high-touch patient care and teamwork in a CVS Health–affiliated setting.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite are required.
• Professional phone etiquette is essential.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by the communities served is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests and ensuring a friendly first impression.
• Check-in patients, collect required forms, and update information in the electronic record system.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments and manage inbound/outbound calls.
• Maintain cleanliness of Welcome and Community Room areas and assist as needed.
• May float to other centers in the region occasionally.
