Job summary

Ivy Rehab in Dresher, PA is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our clinics. You will greet and check-in patients, schedule appointments, answer calls, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, collect payments, and process new patients, all while delivering world-class customer service.

You’ll work closely with clinicians to support smooth operations and a positive patient experience, with opportunities for growth through formal training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
