Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers; identify needs and facilitate sales.
• Foster strong partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments; enter patient history; complete basic tests.
• Assist management with patient complaints and update on job status.
• Maintain brand standards; perform housekeeping as needed.
• Assemble lenses, edge stock lenses, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor lab standards; report equipment issues or order problems.
• Track delivery times to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
