Stanton Optical is actively hiring for a customer service-focused associate to greet patients, facilitate sales, and coordinate with our clinical services team. You will schedule appointments, collect patient history, and assist in lab tasks to ensure timely eyeglasses delivery.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service experience, strong communication, and a collaborative attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, build rapport, and empathize with patients.
• Collaborative spirit with respect and cordiality in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to create an easy, memorable experience.
• Provide information on available products/services and facilitate sales.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history and tests in the system.
• Assist management with patient issues and ensure commitments are met.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure on-time service.
• Perform basic repairs and lens edging to expedite delivery.
