Stanton Optical is seeking an enthusiastic Doctor’s Technician/Customer Service Associate to greet patients, facilitate sales, and bridge the gap between retail and clinical services. You will deliver outstanding service, gather patient information, and support appointment flow while ensuring brand standards in-store.

The role emphasizes collaboration, empathy, and proactive problem solving to meet patient needs and drive sales in a fast-paced optical retail environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse audience.
• Active listening, rapport-building, and empathy in patient interactions.
• Collaborative spirit with team and patients, flexible to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers on store entry and guide them to services and products.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, collect patient history, and perform basic pre-tests.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and keep patients informed of status.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with basic housekeeping and order completion.
• Edge stock lenses and ensure timely delivery and accuracy of customer orders.
• Report equipment issues and ensure lab standards are met.
