The role emphasizes strong customer service, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and careful management of sensitive health information using EMR systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide high level customer service.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls (50–75 per day).
• Schedule and confirm all patient appointments.
• Collect and verify medical insurance information.
• Order and manage office supplies; process payments and maintain HIPAA compliance.
