Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in customer service or healthcare-adjacent roles, strong communication skills, and comfort with scheduling software and EMR systems. We value high-quality service and HIPAA adherence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hearing aid supplies inventory and HIPAA compliance.
