• Requires HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication with patients/visitors must be courteous.
• Ability to multi-task and interpret data while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process check-in/check-out and scheduling of patient appointments via EPIC.
• Obtain pre-certifications/pre-authorizations for procedures and verify insurance.
• Maintain efficient flow of practice and escalate patient or provider concerns as appropriate.
• Greet patients/visitors professionally, on phone or in person, adhering to HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
