Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to deliver an exceptional experience for patients, families and visitors from entry to departure.

You will assist with scheduling, pre-registration, MyChart enrollment, and visit preparations, while maintaining accuracy in patient data and insurance details. This role offers opportunities to support multiple departments and may require regional travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience OR an Associate’s/Bachelor’s with related experience.
• Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer services and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive, proactive, patients-first experience for patients and visitors.
• Assist with scheduling, pre-registration, MyChart enrollment, and visit preparations.
• Perform patient registration, insurance verification, co-pay collection, scheduling, and related duties.
• Encourage use of MyChart and front-end technology; educate and train patients.
