Job summary

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our Jersey City clinic in NJ. Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by making our patients feel welcomed and valued whilst also controlling the flow of the appointment.

They respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours, guide patients through the out-of-network experience, and greet all patients with a smile.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while controlling the flow of the appointment.
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet all patients entering the clinic with a smile.
• Execute 5-star customer service and contribute to a collaborative environment.
