Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable and welcoming demeanor.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail with willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
• Dexterity to operate office equipment and take written notes.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard for most of the workday.
• Good hearing for telephone communication.
• Good vision for reading on screen.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued.
• Manage appointment flow and respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours, and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet patients with a smile.
• Provide 5-star customer service and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
