Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our Battery Park location to ensure excellent patient service and smooth appointment flow. You will greet patients, respond to inquiries, and guide them through the out-of-network experience with a warm, 5-star approach.

We value empathy, collaboration, and clear communication as you support patients and coordinate care in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail with willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Greet patients entering the clinic and guide them through the out-of-network experience.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
• Support patient care and help manage appointment flow.
• Collaborate with team to ensure every patient receives needed care and support.
