Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Patient Experience Manager to coordinate and direct all patient experience activities within the assigned system. You will monitor patient satisfaction initiatives and negotiate where needed to ensure high client and customer satisfaction, strong employee relations, and account retention.

You will work with on-site management to reach operational goals, participate in leadership forums, and ensure compliance with CMS/JCAHO regulations while driving improvements

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; 4-year degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in-servicing experience in customer service training.
• Hospitality/healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tracks financial incentives, penalties, and reporting tied to patient satisfaction performance.
• Maintains client satisfaction to ensure account retention.
• Administers required client surveys and responds promptly and effectively.
