Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a System Patient Experience Manager to lead patient experience initiatives across units in partnership with site leadership.

You will track satisfaction incentives, support account retention, administer surveys, and drive improvement plans through hospital committees. The role requires strong coaching, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; healthcare and hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma/GED or equivalent with 4-year degree preferred
• 2-3 years in-servicing experience in customer service training
• Hospitality and healthcare experience preferred
• 3-4 years in service-oriented operations
• Strong coaching and on-the-job training skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Aufgaben

• Tracks financial incentives, penalties, and reporting tied to patient satisfaction performance
• Maintains and supports client satisfaction to ensure account retention
• Administers client surveys and responds promptly
• Monitors follow-up of patient satisfaction initiatives
• Develops and monitors patient satisfaction action plans
• Participates in hospital committees (e.g., Patient Satisfaction, Nursing)
• Ensures regulatory compliance (CMS, JCAHO)
• Promotes patient satisfaction progress and marketing success
• Works with on-site management to reach goals
