Zusammenfassung

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Patient Experience Manager to coordinate and direct patient experience activities across the assigned system. You will monitor satisfaction initiatives, administer surveys, and work with hospital committees to ensure exceptional client and patient satisfaction while meeting financial goals and growth plans.

The role requires strong coaching, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities, plus experience in hospitality/healthcare environments.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED; 4-year degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in-servicing experience in customer service training.
• Hospitality and healthcare experience preferred.
• 3-4 years experience in service-oriented operations.
• Good coaching and on the job training skills required.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and direct patient experience activities within the assigned system.
• Monitor patient satisfaction initiatives and ensure high client and customer satisfaction levels.
• Administer client surveys and respond promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with CMS and JCAHO requirements.
• Develop and monitor department patient satisfaction action plans for each account.
• Participate in hospital committees related to patient experience.
