Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a Patient Experience Manager to coordinate patient experience activities across a healthcare system. You will monitor satisfaction initiatives, negotiate as needed, and ensure policy compliance to drive client retention and business growth.

The role requires leading the patient experience departments, working with on-site teams, and participating in hospital committees to elevate service quality.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• 2–3 years in-servicing experience in customer service training.
• Hospitality and healthcare experience preferred.
• 3–4 years in service-oriented operations.
• Strong coaching and on-the-job training skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Track patient satisfaction incentives, penalties, and reporting for the unit.
• Maintain client satisfaction to ensure account retention.
• Administer client surveys and respond promptly and effectively.
• Monitor compliance with patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Assist in developing and monitoring patient satisfaction action plans.
• Participate in hospital committees as needed (e.g., Patient Satisfaction).
• Ensure compliance with CMS, JCAHO and other regulators.
• Collaborate with on-site management to reach goals.
