• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a busy front-office setting.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems and scheduling platforms.
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification processes and financial clearance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues promptly.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration including demographic verification and eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities, payment options, and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet targeted collection goals.
• Manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider availability and patient access.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Ops to resolve issues.
