Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while safeguarding data integrity. The role collaborates with PES and clinic teams, reporting to the Clinic Manager.

The position emphasizes EMR proficiency, HIPAA compliance, and strong customer service to drive revenue cycle performance and patient satisfaction across a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and verification processes helpful.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake/registration with demographic verification and eligibility checks.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and monitor collection targets.
• Coordinate scheduling to optimize provider availability and access.
• Use EMR/EHR systems to track data and support quality initiatives.
