The role reports to the Clinic Manager and collaborates with clinical teams, with support from the Patient Experience Specialist. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced office.
• Ability to navigate EMR/EHR systems and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of insurance verification, billing, and patient financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration with demographic verification and eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows and optimize provider availability.
• Utilize EMR systems and dashboards to track metrics and support improvements.
• Coordinate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
