Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and HIPAA compliance preferred.
• 1–2 years of healthcare administration or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake and registration with data integrity and insurance verification.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
