You will work with the Clinic Manager and PES to support revenue cycle performance in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes EMR proficiency, insurance verification, and effective communication with patients and clinical teams. A patient-first mindset and attention to data integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in healthcare administration preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and ability to navigate EMR systems.
• Knowledge of insurance verification processes and financial clearance workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake/registration with eligibility verification and authorization requirements.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy, verification turnaround, and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and ClinicalOps to resolve issues.
• Utilize EMR dashboards and reporting tools to track outcomes and drive improvements.
• Coordinate communication of progress notes to referral sources.
• Organize patient milestone celebrations and community activities with clinical team.
• Participate in training and cross-training to maintain proficiency.
