Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while safeguarding data integrity. This role reports to the Clinic Manager and collaborates with clinical teams.

Responsibilities include front-office excellence, patient education on financial responsibilities, and coordination with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve insurance or scheduling issues.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.
• Experience with requesting and managing customer payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues promptly.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools to improve transparency.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets to support revenue cycle.
