Athletico is hiring a Part-time Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance while delivering a seamless front-office experience. You’ll collaborate with clinical teams, supporting revenue cycle performance and data integrity using EMR systems and scheduling tools.

The role emphasizes patient communication, insurance verification, and ensuring a high standard of service in a busy clinic environment. Training and cross-functional teamwork are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills with high-volume, patient-facing context.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage is a plus.
• Experience requesting and managing patient payments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver a seamless front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake/registration with data accuracy and compliance.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
