• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues promptly.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration including eligibility and authorizations.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows and provider availability.
• Utilize EMR and reporting tools to track data and support improvements.
