Responsibilities include registration, insurance verification, patient education on payments, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve scheduling and billing issues. Strong EMR skills and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling platforms.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a welcoming front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, registration, and verify demographics/insurance.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling and support revenue cycle performance.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
