Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator in Raleigh to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will collaborate with clinical teams, support data integrity, and help optimize revenue cycle performance.

The role reports to the Clinic Manager and receives support from the Patient Experience Specialist, handling scheduling, enrollment, and patient communications with a focus on HIPAA compliance and exceptional service.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with healthcare administration preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, insurance eligibility, and authorization requirements.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Coordinate scheduling workflows and support revenue cycle performance.
• Use EMR systems and dashboards to track data and support improvements.
• Communicate patient progress notes to referral sources in a timely manner.
• Support clinic engagement and community-building activities with the clinical team.
