Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of customer service required
• 1-2 years of healthcare administration preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy standards preferred
• Experience with requesting and managing patient payments preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience for patients and resolve issues promptly
• Complete patient intake/registration with insurance eligibility and authorization requirements
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet targets
• Manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider availability and access
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy, insurance verification, and patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Ops to resolve issues
• Utilize EMR systems and dashboards to track outcomes and support improvements
• Coordinate communication of progress notes to referral sources
• Engage patients with milestone celebrations and community activities
• Participate in training to maintain front-office proficiency
• Organize patient celebrations with clinical team
• Provide Rehab Aide cross-training on front-office duties
