Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service skills and experience with MS Office and Excel.
• Experience with healthcare benefits and patient payments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly front-office experience and resolve patient issues promptly.
• Complete accurate patient intake and insurance eligibility verification.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and available payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Coordinate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Ops to resolve issues.
