Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure smooth patient intake, financial clearance, and data integrity across front-office operations. The role collaborates with clinical teams and reports to the Clinic Manager, supported by the Patient Experience Specialist.

Responsibilities include accurate registration, insurance verification, patient education on payments and digital tools, and supporting revenue cycle performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused front-office experience required.
• Familiarity with insurance benefits and collections desirable.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete accurate patient intake, verify demographics and eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and support revenue cycle targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Billing and Clinical teams to resolve issues.
