Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while supporting revenue cycle and compliance. You will collaborate with clinical teams under the Clinic Manager and with PES support.

Responsibilities include validation of patient eligibility, education on financial responsibilities, collecting payments, and optimizing scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with healthcare insurance benefits and patient payments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, verify demographics and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients about financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Process time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling and support revenue cycle performance.
• Use EMR/EHR and dashboards to track patient data and outcomes.
• Coordinate communications of progress notes to referral sources.
• Assist with onboarding and cross-training in front-office duties.
